Our work force strategy is designed to provide redundancy in our staffing model so that personnel departures will not unduly disrupt the administration of the program. PPG has a team of qualified professionals to draw from should the need arise. Although we do not anticipate extensive recruiting efforts, PPG has a full time recruiter on staff to ensure that we will have a channel of qualified, skilled personnel to respond to your needs and expectations over the life of the project.
PPG uses our proprietary online system, Supply Chain Procurement Management System (SCPMS) which is designed to assist with tracking, compliance monitoring and reporting from the outreach phase through the closeout phase. Additionally, the SCPMS tracks awarded contracts (on all tier levels), invoices and payments made toward these contracts. By collecting this data in our DBE Contract Compliance Software, we are able to track awarded and actual small business participation, as well as forecast small business achievement probability towards meeting its contractual amount.
